1948 Doar Ivri Revenue Usage

This magnificent piece was first reported in The Holy Land Philatelist in August/September 1958 (Volume IV, issues 46/47) p. 1007. It is a truly representative of the 1948 Transitional Period as it was first drawn during the late British Mandate period but the sum referred to was collected in Haifa under the State of Israel’s authorities.”
